How to track your orders

This is the best method to track your Golliwog orders.

Australian Buyers

  • Your tracking number was sent to you in the dispatch confirmation email sent to you immediately after we print the label
  • You can also get your tracking number by logging into your account on the site.
  • When you have your tracking number, simply type it into the Australia Post Tracking page for updates.
  • Please note that your tracking details are sent a few hours before the parcels are scanned by AUSPOST, so there is usually a delay of 4-5 hours before you will see an update on your tracking number. Please do not be concerned if you get "Tracking Number Invalid" if its the same day as dispatched. 

International Buyers

  • Your tracking number was sent to you in the despatch confirmation email sent to you immediately after it left us.
  • You can also get your tracking number by logging into your account on the site.
  • If the tracking prefix for your package is CI - Please check your own countries postal system website for tracking after it lands and clears customs (usually 5-7 business days after it leaves Australia).
  • If the tracking prefix for your package is LK - You can track your items via AUSPOST on their tracking portal. 
  • If the tracking prefix is something different to the above - Please check your own countries postal system website for tracking after it lands and clears customs (USPS, ROYAL MAIL, NZ POST etc etc)
  • Please note that your tracking details are sent a few hours before the parcels are scanned by AUSPOST, so there is usually a delay of 4-5 hours before you will see an update on your tracking number. Please do not be concerned if you get "Tracking Number Invalid" if its the same day as dispatch or even 4-5 days, as some international destinations only update when the parcel lands in your country and clears customs.
  • If your parcel is showing HELD by Royal Mail (U.K) parcels, details on clearing the parcel through Customs can be found on the Parcel Force Website. 

Some international destinations, for whatever reason are very slow to update tracking. We also use Trackit Online in some cases, and have had success when the local postal system is showing blank or not valid. We suggest you also try that if you are not seeing anything locally. 

Missing Items

Australian Buyers - If the tracking is showing something very wrong. Please get in touch with us via the Contact page with your order number and we will chase it up with Auspost Immediately and get back to you ASAP. If there is a delay, but the tracking looks OK, please make an enquiry online yourself, as it will be faster than us making one on your behalf. 

International Buyers - If you are stumped with the tracking and cannot find details anywhere, please contact us, with your order number, and we will chase Australia Post on your behalf and one way or another solve the issue for you. In over 10 years of shipping around the world, we can count on one hand the actual number of lost items due to postal issues.
