Returns Policy

If you are not happy or change your mind about our products for any reason at all you can return it to us for a full refund. 

As per Queensland fair trading laws, you are entitled to a full refund including return postage costs if :-

  • The goods are faulty
  • The item is wrongly described
  • The goods are different from the sample shown to you.
If you change your mind about the item, we are happy to refund less a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as long as the item is returned with all tags attached and in original condition.

You can return your items anytime within 30 days of the sale.

HOW do customers return items?
Please Contact us first so we can issue an RMA number to you, and then send any returned items via the postal system with a signature as a requirement so that you are protected in case they go astray. 

SHIPPING for returns?
We always pay return shipping if an item is faulty, wrongly described or are different to the images on the website. If you change your mind, then you will be required to pay return postage.

CREDIT for returns?
Credits will be as refunds or exchange.When exchanging goods, we need you to return all componentry including packaging, tags, instructions and accessories. We process refunds within 24 hours of the goods arriving back to our warehouse.
